This deep red maple leaf dish / bowl was made by Anchor Hocking in the Royal Ruby Red pattern produced from 1938 to 1977. It could be used for multiple things, including serving candy, nuts, or sauces, as a trinket or soap dish, or even as an ashtray.
It measures 6 1/4" long, 5 1/8" wide, and 1 3/8" high. It is in very good vintage condition with no cracks but does have one tiny fleabite chip on the edge as pictured (and is priced accordingly). Please see all photos for condition details.
Please note that vintage and hand blown glass pieces may have manufacturing flaws such as air bubbles, seams, pontil marks, and other imperfections. These anomalies are not considered damage as they are inherent to the methods and/or the time period in which they were made.
