This elephant stained glass suncatcher is inspired by origami art. Available in gray or blue swirled opalescent art glass, it measures 6 1/2 inches wide by 4 1/2 inches tall, and comes ready to hang with a suction cup hanger.
The solder is silver colored, but will appear darker in a lighted window. The elephant's ear in overlayed on top, creating a 3 dimensional effect. Please note that the swirled pattern in yours will be different than the ones pictured as each piece of this type of glass is unique. Both the gray and blue opalescent glasses actually look a bit darker with light behind them, as shown in the first and third photos.
Each piece of glass is carefully selected, cut and shaped by hand, and assembled using the copper foil method (also known as the Tiffany method.)
