Vintage Square Tissue Box Cover Holder with Victorian Angels, Cherubs, Roses and Lace Design

This beautiful tissue box cover / holder features a Victorian design with angels, cherubs, roses, and lace in warm soft shades of pinks, yellows, and greens. The inside is painted mauve. Please note that it is not perfectly square shaped (see measurements below).
It measures 6" tall, 5 3/8" x 5 3/4" wide, and weighs a hefty 1 pound, 10 ounces. It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks, and the design in tact.
I am unsure if the base is made of metal, ceramic, or plastic, but it is heavy and very sturdy. The design is some sort of plastic or polymer covering adhered onto the base and has a glossy finish.
