This charming vintage hand crafted decoupage glass plate features a country rose design around the edges with a bird and calligraphy pen / letters design on a checkerboard background in the center.
It measures 8 5/8" wide and 1" high, and is in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks, and a few small spots around the edges where the decoupage has worn. While this plate is food safe on top, it is primarily for decorative purposes, as the back of it should not be submerged in water so as not to damage the decoupaged surface. It would make a beautiful catch-all plate, or a plate for incoming and outgoing mail.
