This stunning heavy pressed glass bouquet vase was made by Imperial Glass. This design No. 404 (aka Thunderbolt) was initially made 1909, and reintroduced in their NuCut Collectors Crystal Series in the 1950's in this one, featuring a much more bright crystal-like appearance than the original version.
It features intricate star and geometric designs throughout both the cup and base, with scalloped edges on the cup and base. Please note that as a bouquet vase, the bowl is more shallow and does not go down through the stem like a traditional vase.
It measures 9 1/8" tall, 4 1/4" wide, weighs 2 pound 5 ounces, and is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks and a few wear marks as pictured. Please see all photos for condition details.
