This charming handled ceramic salt and pepper shaker set was made by Metlox-Poppytrail-Vernon in their Homestead Provincial pattern in the 1960's. They feature a hand-painted rooster, hen, and baby chicks family on a beige glazed background with dark green handles.
Each measures 3 3/4" tall and 2 1/2" wide including the handles, and has a cork stopper. They are in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, or wear marks with the designs in tact.
