This ceramic jar candle shade / topper was made by Home Interiors and features a rooster on one side, birdhouse on the other, with butterflies in between.
The topper measures 5 3/8" wide at the base, 3 1/2" wide at the top, 3 5/8" tall, with a 2 3/4" lip on the bottom. It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing.
