This gorgeous hand painted majolica ceramic footed bowl was made in Italy and imported by New York Based Mittledorfer-Strauss in their Peasant Village (PV) line. It features a vibrant bird, grapes, and floral motif in teal, gold, and blue on a white background with teal banding.
It measures 7 1/2" wide, 4 3/8" tall overall, with a 3 1/2" deep bowl. It is in very good vintage condition with no cracks or crazing, and one small chip on the edge as pictured. Please see all photos for condition details.
A great size to use for serving, as a table centerpiece, or as a candy/nut dish.
