This heavy vintage cast iron enamelware sauce pan is a classic must-have piece for any MCM cookware collector! Made in Holland, it features a dark blue hand painted tulip design on a light blue background. I believe this was made by Dru Holland, as the design and #18 marking matches that of their saucepans. However it does not have the Dru Holland company logo mark on it so it may be one of their earlier pieces.
It measures 7" across, 12" wide including the handle, and weighs 3 pounds, 14 ounces including the lid. It has been well loved and used so shows wear typical for its age, including yellowing and wear marks inside, and a few rust spots on the lid rim, handle end, and a couple dots on the side of the pan. (But still perfectly usable to cook with). The outside enamelware coating and design is in overall very good condition for its age compared to others currently on the market.
