This vintage Elegant Rooster spoon / teabag rest was designed by Susan Winget for Cracker Barrel in the 1990's. It features a blue and brown leaf design on a golden tan background, and a rooster shaped ceramic dish.
It measures 5" long, 4" wide, and 1/2" high, and is in excellent vintage condition.
Dishwasher and microwave safe.
