This extremely rare antique pedestal cake stand with rim was made by the Cooperative Flint Glass Company in 1892 in their pattern #190, AKA Regal Block.  It features a petal and diamond design on the plate and a cut geometric design on the base.  It does glow green under UV light due to its Manganese content typical in older glassware.

It measures 10 1/4" wide, 5 3/4" high, and weighs 3 pounds 6 ounces.  It is in good condition for it's 130+ year old age, with no cracks.  But it does have some issues:  A couple small chips on the base.  Several light scratches on the base and plate.  A few deeper scratches on the plate.  Please see all photos for condition details.  Because of the design, most of the scratches and chips are not noticeable unless you hold it up to a bright light at a certain angle.   It truly is a special piece of history that has been well loved and used over the years.
