I've had people say they see a skull, a face, and an owl in this one-of-a-kind mixed media piece. What do you see?
This abstract piece incorporates two beautiful crystal agate geodes, a diamond shaped clear glass bevel, part of a cut glass vintage plate, textured iridescent red cathedral glass, and turquoise glass tiles. Blue, gold, and clear glass jewels are used to outline the sides. A twisted wire serves as both part of the design and a hanger. The solder is silver colored, but will look darker in a lighted window. It measures 9" tall (including the wire), 8" wide, and comes ready to hang with a large suction cup hanger.
This unique piece is sure to be a conversation starter, and would make a great gift too!
Each piece of glass is carefully selected, cut and shaped by hand, and assembled using the copper foil method (also known as the Tiffany method.)
